My obsession with greens, toast, and beans.
There is no better way to describe my favorite breakfast than an obsession. I'm used to having this multiple times a week for breakfast but in my new weight-loss journey I've temporarily reduced the amount of refined carbs I'm eating. So why make a post about this now? Because I'm looking at so many old pictures of this beautiful, simple, and delicious meal that I feel I have to pay tribute in some sort of way. This is so not a recipe that the only real instructions are to take your favorite greens, some tomato beans, maybe a spread of some kind (avocado, vegan cream cheese, etc.) and your favorite toast. Then eat. You won't be disappointed.
